Questa Financial Planning has named Oli Billington as the recipient of the Staff Member of the Quarter Award for his ongoing contributions to the team.

Oli, who joined Questa in 2024, was recognised for consistently offering to assist colleagues with their workloads, even when busy with his own tasks.

Oli graduated with a degree in Accounting and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University in 2022 and passed his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning in 2023. He is now working towards achieving Chartered Financial Planner status.

Anthony Hoskisson, Questa owner, said: “Oli is always willing to help his colleagues and is a real asset to the team. His positive attitude and support for others are exactly what we value here at Questa.”

Oli’s nomination for the award highlighted his readiness to help colleagues by taking on additional tasks, including assisting with posts and supporting paraplanners. His proactive approach to workload management and consistent offers to help teammates were cited by colleagues as reasons for his recognition.

Oli said: “It feels great to be recognised for something I really enjoy doing. We have such a supportive team here, so it’s easy to want to help out whenever I can.”

The Staff Member of the Quarter Award is part of Questa’s ongoing efforts to promote teamwork and recognise employees who embody the firm’s core values. The programme helps boost morale, motivate employees, and reinforce the company’s commitment to its team.

Questa’s quarterly award aims to encourage positive behaviours, foster a supportive work environment, and highlight employees who go above and beyond in their roles.
