Questa has achieved its best-ever results in this year’s clients survey, with feedback highlighting strengths in professionalism, communication, and client service.

The annual survey, completed by over 150 Questa’s clients, showed that nearly 100% of respondents strongly agreed or agreed that the organisation is professional, while over 90% rated staff interactions as helpful.

Feedback also confirmed that more than 85% of clients believe their financial planner understands their goals and prioritises their best interests.

Anthony Hoskisson, Questa’s Managing Director, said: “Hearing that so many of our clients appreciate what we do is incredibly rewarding. It’s a testament to the hard work of our team and our ongoing commitment to putting clients first.”

The survey revealed that clients value the firm’s review meetings, with almost all respondents finding them meaningful and insightful. Additionally, over 90% of clients rated Questa’s communications as clear and timely, underscoring the organisation’s emphasis on accessibility and transparency.

Feedback also reflected strong client education efforts, with over 80% of clients demonstrating a solid understanding of investment risk on a five-point scale.

Questa’s ability to foster trust and satisfaction among clients was a recurring theme in the qualitative insights. Respondents highlighted the professionalism of the firm’s presentation, the accessibility of its communication channels, and the valuable insights provided during review meetings.

Many clients also noted the team’s understanding of their financial goals as a cornerstone of their relationship with the organisation.

Anthony added: “We’re especially proud of the feedback about our review meetings and communication. It shows we’re not just meeting expectations – we’re providing real value in how we interact with and support our clients.”

This year’s results reflect Questa’s consistent efforts to build strong, transparent relationships with clients, solidifying its reputation as a trusted financial planning practice.
